6 Cayuga Duck Hatching Eggs, Good Layers, Do Not Fly, Healthy, LAY BLACK EGG!!!

This listing is for (6) Cayuga Duck Hatching Eggs. I’m a part time farmer, been raising ducks, chickens and rabbits for 1 year. I’ve been selling ducklings, chicks and hatching eggs locally but have decided to expand sales to Ebay. If (6) eggs is too few, see my other listing for (12) eggs at a better price.
These eggs came from my quality stock of Cayuga ducks that I purchased last summer from Murray McMurray hatchery. Cayuga ducks lay black eggs at first but they begin to run out of black bloom and the eggs begin to get lighter by the week (see pics). I have ducks that occasionally lay a black egg again so I’ll do my best to include 1 black egg in your order but I’m only getting 1 black egg a month. To my knowledge, the Cayuga duck is the only animal in the world that lays a black egg.
Personally I purchased Cayuga ducks for 5 reasons;
- they are good layers. I average 3-4 eggs weekly from each of my ducks.
- my family and I eat the eggs as they are healthier than chicken eggs and great for baking.
- they do not fly so I’m not worried about them leaving.
- they are not loud quakers like Perkin, Khaki Campbells and other ducks so my neighbors are happier.
- to sell ducklings and hatching eggs.
I will package the eggs very carefully. After receiving payment, I will collect 6 fresh eggs in 1-2 days and ship Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days. You can successfully hatch eggs that are 7-14 days old depending on many variables but I will ship ASAP. I can’t guarantee that every single egg will be fertile but I have a good drake to duck ratio.
