This is one super cool conversation piece from Signal Electric Mfg.
You can see by the contents in the book...   It is treatment for brain disease, cancer, asthma, and so much more.    wow...
Nice wood box with jointed corners.   Comes with attachments shown.   You can see the brush is flattened and worn.   There are 2 batteries inside.   Though they show white on them, they seem to be intact.
The book shows wear.
Not tested.   This would be a project for someone.   You get what you see in the photographs.   Not sure if complete.
Box measures approx 8.75" x 6.25" x 8.25" high and is in good condition for age with light antique wear.
