    Brand new, in original package
    Very good condition, however, I can see a small tear (about 1" long) that could easily be taped from the underside.  I didn't want to open the package, so I left it as is.

    Measures  18" x 12"
    Appears to be painted heavy paper ---
    possibly hand painted (??)
    Includes sticks for structure, plus a spool of string
    Instructions are also included, but are NOT written in English!
    This would make for an interesting wall display, as well as an actual toy kite
