There is some Light scuffs and scratches on the outside of the device.
I was able to power on with an in-house power supply (5VDC with a 2.35mm x 0.8mm power adapter tip, not included).
I was able to connect to an in-house PC using an in-house USB 2.0 cable
(INCLUDED).
I was able to communicate to the device using downloadable software from the manufacturer's website.
I was able to get video output to an in-house Laptop (not included) using the USB port.
I was able to test the camera working.
I was able to test the lamp working.
I was able to test the internal microphone working.
I was able to test the image rotation, image freeze, menu, image selector, auto-focus, zoom in and zoom out buttons working.
