Fashioned somewhere between 1952-1958, it's a delicate, exquisite example of the internationally well-known & unmitigated beauty of Royal Copenhagen Danish ceramic art. The porcelain's surfaces are expectedly crazed from over 70 yrs since it was orig fashioned. The bulbous body is wheel-thrown, while the handle & spout are hand constructed & affixed by hand to the body of the ascending upper vessel's collar. The glaze is highly viscous & glossy, making the ultramarine, cobalt blue & sepia brown glaze even more vivid, saturated & rich looking, jumping off the base white of the porcelain china. The pitcher is free from hairline cracks, flea-bites to any of its edges, stains, scuffs, abrasions or glaze loss. A great Royal Copenhagen vint piece of Danish ceramic art.
