Here's an original wood flower horn for a Columbia rear mount phonograph. This is the first version of the horn, without petal reinforcements. It's in very good condition throughout, with a clean original finish and an undented collar. A few petals have warping along the periphery, as you can see in the pictures. This is why Columbia changed the design of the horn; later versions of the horn were reinforced along the periphery so the petals would maintain their shape. Horn diameter is approximately 21".
No cracks, splinters, repairs, or structural damage to the wood, and the finish is still smooth both inside and out. Should fit almost any rear mount Columbia machine with a conventional threaded Columbia elbow.
